Special sauces, made from high quality ingredients, to decorate ice-cream. Chocolate, Hazelnut, Pistachio or Fruit varieties made with real fruit.

With Bigatton Toppings you can decorate frozen yogurt, desserts, ice-cream cakes and mousse.

 

New: we have introduced 2 new Bigatton Toppings: Honey Topping and Green Apple Topping. There is also a special new Chocolate sauce (Stracciatella) that can be used hot.

 

How to use it: pour the sauce, to your liking, on any ice-cream or dessert. The Stracciatella sauce should be warmed gently in the microwave or in a bain-marie.

 

Topping Sauces come in squeezy plastic bottles of 1.250kg, with special lid*.

* Every bottle comes with a spouted lid for easy and precise application. The small spout is designed for adding finishing touches to desserts and for fine decoration.
