Ready ice -quick ice-cream (Pronto Ice)

A powder with real dehydrated fruit, weighed and ready for use. Ideal to create fruit ice-cream with a perfect firm texture.

Easy to use; put the contents of the packet into a container, add a litre of water for every 500 grams of the product. Mix using a mixer then freeze in an ice-cream machine.
