SPALMY is a transparent paste designed to cover the surface of ice-cream cakes or fruit charlottes  to create mirror or marbled effects. Easy to use and Spalmy stays bright at temperatures below zero and also at room temperature.

Available in different flavours, plus a neutral one which allows you to create your own new flavours and colours.

Packaged in practical cans of 1.4 Kg. The cans have a flavour saving lid that ensures the best possible conservation of this product.
