MIRROIR is the Bigatton range of mirror icings that have been designed to cover the surface and the edges of ice-cream cakes, fruit charlottes and also single portion ice-cream desserts giving a mirrored effect.
MIRROIR does not freeze at minus (-20°C) temperatures keeping its mirror effect and remaining soft enough to cut.
The different flavours of MIRROIR Bigatton have been adapted for both traditional and modern dessert making.
Easy to use: Heat MIRROIR Bigatton in a bain-marie or directly in the microwave. Mix it and pour onto your dessert. Packaged in 3.5 Kg. Plastic tubs.
