Filling creams to fill chocolates and sweet treats. The texture of the products vary depending on the different varieties: hard, soft or smooth with little pieces.
How to prepare: mix with care to ensure that the product is homogeneous (heat for a few seconds in the microwave if necessary) then put some of the cream into an icing bag. Fill the chocolates that you have already prepared, with the filling. Leave in the fridge for a few minutes. Finish by closing the chocolates with a layer of chocolate and then put them back into the fridge.
