TRASPARENTI BRILLANT is the Bigatton range of transparent icings. These product have been designed to cover the surface and edges of ice-cream cakes, fruit charlottes and also single portion ice-cream desserts giving a transparent glaze.
BRILLIANT does not freeze at minus temperatures (-20°C) staying smooth and bright and easy to cut.
Available in 7 varieties with or without fruit pieces.
Easy to use: mix the product and glaze your dessert (if necessary heat gently in a bain-marie or in the microwave before applying it).
Packaged in 3.250 Kg. plastic tubs.
