Pre-prepared in powder for cold, rapid preparation of instant pastry cream.
Speedy Cold is easy to prepare: all that is necessary is to mix (5-10 minutes) Speedy Cold in the planetary mixer, adding very cold milk.
The result is an excellent pastry cream to be used to fill cannoli, pie pastry baskets, to decorate cakes or to incorporate in mixes for semifreddos.
