Here it is the new collection of Bigatton’s flavour markers, available for all our clients in more than 100 variants for yours ice creams displays.
We often see and taste an excellent home-made ice cream badly decorated with the indications about the flavour written even in pen on old supports: debasing a big product in this way is not professional, ask us the solutions and we will be happy to help you.

Copite

A delicious range of products which unify the crunchiness of wafer to the pleasure of chocolate and to the delicious crushed nuts.
The copite are like little « boats » of different measures, covered in chocolate and crushed nuts: the fantasy spaces with this versatile product.
They are all very versatile products which give the possibility of being utilised both in patisserie and in ice cream production. So, fantasy has a big space of action.
The copite are proposed in different formats: mini round, maxi round, mini oval and maxi oval. They can be covered simply in chocolate or also in crushed nuts, which can have different flavours: rice granulated, cacao granulated, coffee granulated, amaretto granulated, coco granulated and the more merry coloured sprinkle.

VANILLA

Originally from Mexico, the vanilla is cultivated in every tropical region, in Africa and in Oceania; meanwhile, the most precious one, Bourbon vanilla, is originally from Réunion island and from Madagascar. Most of the people consider this kind of vanilla as the most delicious type of spice and this is why it is used for flavouring many food products, like ice cream.
It’s the top flavour and Bigatton propose it in different variants to make the consumers being able to make their choice and finding the flavour which they prefer.

Snikky Kit Bigatton

La ricerca di nuovi sapori attuali e allo stesso tempo classici ci ha portato alla creazione di un nuovo kit composto da una pasta salata a base di arachidi purissimi e di un variegato mou che si sposano in un assoluto compendio di sapore, il gelato ottenuto può essere decorato con arachidi salate.

La ricetta può essere arricchita da aggiunte di cioccolato fondente.

L' arachide: Dal punto di vista nutrizionale le arachidi godono di alcune interessanti caratteristiche. Innanzitutto hanno un ottimo contenuto proteico  e sono tra gli alimenti più ricchi di arginina. I semi di arachide sono ricchi di alcuni minerali come zinco, magnesio, potassio, fosforo.  Il contenuto in fibre (25 g/100 g di alimento) e vitamina E è particolarmente elevato.

Sono prive di colesterolo.
